Contract to Direct

Contract to Direct is when we place a Time employee with your company to work on a contract basis.

When the contract ends, your company has the option to hire that employee with no additional cost to you.

This will allow your company to work with an employee for a probationary period to determine whether the arrangement is beneficial to both parties.

During that contract period all costs associated with payroll, workers' compensation, unemployment, payroll taxes, etc. are managed by Time Services.
